Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping to select destinations

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
International: 7–14 business days after shipment

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility

MAISON BROCHÉA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

We are also not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.
